Introducing Flower Distortion by Uchronia
From 2 to 5 November, Radici returns to EquipHotel Paris, the international event dedicated to the hospitality and contract sectors.
This year, our presence in Paris will mark the debut of Flower Distortion, the new textile flooring collection designed by multidisciplinary collective Uchronia for Radici.
Born from a shared exploration of colour, pattern and the expressive potential of textile surfaces, Flower Distortion transforms the floral motif into a constantly evolving visual language. Flowers appear, disappear and change through repetition, distortion and movement, creating abstract landscapes shaped by vivid colours, chromatic gradients and optical effects.
The collection features eight patterns in different colour variations, ranging from red and orange to purple and green. Curves, organic forms and graphic elements interact across the surface, turning the floor from a backdrop into an active part of the interior and its identity.
Flower Distortion takes shape on Bloom Back, Radici’s textile flooring solution developed with a single-component polyamide structure designed to simplify end-of-life recycling and enable regeneration. High-definition printing brings depth, colour and definition to Uchronia’s distinctive patterns.

A new chapter in Radici’s design journey
The collaboration with Uchronia continues Radici’s ongoing dialogue with international designers and creative studios, exploring new ways of interpreting textile flooring through different perspectives and design languages.
For EquipHotel 2026, this dialogue becomes an invitation to experience the collection in person: to discover its patterns, colours and material qualities and explore how textile flooring can contribute to the character of contemporary hospitality spaces.
We look forward to welcoming architects, interior designers and hospitality professionals in Paris and introducing Flower Distortion for the first time.
