Ritmi is a new pattern collection by designer Francesca Lanzavecchia. It was conceived to explore the versatility of the ChromoProject sampling system, which brings together the different print bases for carpet dedicated to contemporary interiors.
The designs transform the textile surface into a graphic landscape of bold, vibrant chromaticities, shaped through a sequence of refined and sophisticated forms. The geometries emerge from rigorous structures, yet open to variations and overlays that generate optical vibrations and subtle perceptions of movement: the drawing becomes space and rhythm amplifies depth. Ritmi unfolds in three distinct patterns, Champs, Tressage and Nouè, presenting the textile surface as a visual territory to be traversed.

“Ritmi is an exploration of the balance between order and intuition, control and freedom, where the technical precision of printing meets a sensitivity that transforms the surface into landscape,” says Francesca Lanzavecchia. “Each pattern is an abstract map, a system of signs that organises solids and voids, light and shadow, movement and stillness.”
