Unpacking Hem
During Milan Design Week 2025, Swedish brand Hem celebrated its tenth anniversary with a special exhibition inside Capsule Plaza at Spazio Maiocchi. The installation, titled Unpacking Hem: 10 Years in the Making, retraced the brand’s evolution through a selection of iconic furnishings.
The exhibition highlighted Hem’s commitment to accessible yet refined design, showcasing pieces that merge contemporary aesthetics with functionality. The setup offered visitors an immersive experience, emphasizing the brand’s collaborative approach with international designers.
Helping to define the space and enhance its visual and sensory comfort was our carpet, selected to complement the installation with a soft surface aligned with Hem’s understated, material-driven language. The texture and colour of the carpet reinforced the dialogue between the materials, amplifying the welcoming and sophisticated identity of the project.
